Project
plans are developed in an array of different methods, but
seek to include the ideas, vision, and creative input of all
involved parties. Project plans are often created in a series
of development phases:
|
1.
Phase I includes the gathering of client information pertaining
to their initial art vision.
2. Phase II presents the gathered information back to the client
for feedback and assessment.
3. Phase III researches possible art projects that reflect the
goals obtained during the information gathering process.
4. Phase IV selects and implements the plan, adhering to predetermined
time and budget constraints.
5. Phase V evaluates the completion of the plan and outlines
suggestions for maintaining the acquired art for years to come. |
