Friendship's 17th Annual House Tour in 2010 highlighted the new residential units at The Glass Lofts. The tour featured an eclectic mix of homes that boast renovations, both grand and small, with everything from traditional character to sleek modern design.

Historic Deutschtown House Tour was held September 30, 2007.
Featuring homes of distinction, the Deutschtown Tour showcases
restored, renovated, and newly constructed houses in the urban
village atmosphere of Deutschtown. Deutschtown is located in
Pittsburgh's Northside, Allegheny East.
